Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

PlotMentors.com is looking for a Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, and client follow-ups for real estate projects, including plots, residential, and commercial properties. This is a target-based, work-from-office role, ideal for someone with strong communication and persuasive skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for real estate properties
  • Explain plot investment opportunities, project details, and benefits to interested customers
  • Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client details and follow-up status
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into property sales
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate property information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion strategies

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in real estate)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and property investments (preferred)
  • Ability to handle client objections and build relationships
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in lead conversion
